Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Glam + Glow Co. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
